Lucas County
Stop Smoking program providers, Team Super Fitness Centers Inc., Buckeye
Cable System, and the Lucas County Tobacco Prevention Coalition, with
funding from the Ohio Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Foundation,
are partnering to help local adults "Quit Smoking, Get in Shape
and Earn Rewards!"
How?
-Join a Smoking Cessation Class by June 9, 2005
-Get Up to 3 months Membership at Super Fitness at NO COST!
-Weekly Incentives
- Weekly Raffles for Gift Certificates
- Qualify to Share in a $1000 Prize Package
(Limited to the first 50 who quit smoking and remain smoke-free for
